Cell C laptop

I got a laptop on contract that came with a router it was an Hp laptop. It was delivered and later that day when I unpackaged found fault and I sent it back the next day. I called cell C and told them I need laptop to be replaced of which it was done within a day but the problem was it was replaced by a Packard bell brand laptop instead of Hp. And the replacement happened a week after I returned the Hp. I called Cell C and laid a complaint that I received a different brand and the sales person that I spoke to assured that she will accelerate the matter to the relevant department and she will give me a call I'm still waiting. This is really annoying and frustrating.
