Cell C lacking customer care

<p>I was urgently looking for a good package deal from Cell C offering fibre to the home. This package offered free installation, rooter and unlimited internet all for 899 p/m. The rooter then arrived after a week, however, Vumatel had failed to install it and failed to respond to my requests. I am very disappointed with the customer care of Cell C. They did not care to take up the initiative to address the problem, and did not care to lose a customer. It has been over two months and I am patiently waiting for my refund, but I do not care for an explanation anymore. </p>
