Cell C lack of taking responsibility

I've had 2 cell c contracts for the past 48 months and never has cell c debit orders return unpaid . The past 4 months have been horrible , it all started when i was due for an upgrade in September 2020 when i was called by a consultant telling me i was due for an upgrade , after speaking to her a month later i noticed that the debit order didn't go through when i made a follow up with cell c because i was worried that our data was being compromised i lodged a complaint and few days later i was called by a cell c Consultant and she apologized for having mistakenly changed my debit order, i accepted the apology and requested that my debit order date be restored to its original date and i took it upon myself to pay the monthly premium by hand at one of the outlets. The following month October 2020 the debit order did not go through again, i called in and i was assured in November it will go through, to no avail. I called in again in December and i was assured that in Jinuary it will go through NB!! In all these months it was myself who took responsibility to make a follow up and pay by hand or EFT never has cell c taken responsibility to compensate me in any way or call me to ask me why my debit orders didn't go through. This late hand payments led to cell c listing me as a slow payer at the credit bureau without making a follow up with me as to what caused these late payments. I January 2021 i called them to ask them to reverse the adverse listing against my name at the credit bureau because the late payment was of their own making and not mine, it is they who breached the terms of our contract and not me. I was then informed that the reason for the non payment of the debit orders for the past months was that someone had tampered with my bank account number and captured the wrong one abd according to them it was rectified, still the cell c company never compensated me or taken responsibility despite my pleading with them many times and loghing numerous service requests. I was told by their legal department that they cannot reverse the adverse listing of me as slow payer until i pay them an amount of R223 in arrears despite this being of their own making. I recently app**** for a study loan and was rejected due to this adverse listing as slow payer by cell c.
