Cell c lack of service

Cell c is completely useless, why have a customer service if you can't service your customer. Been trying to get answers on my upgrade for 7 weeks now. I was originally sold the idea that delivery in 2 days. Every idiot I communicate with says they will make sure it is sorted. Here I sit just waiting for another promise of "il sort it out" to be broken
