Cell C Lack of Response to contract cancellation

Cell c has continuously failured to respond to multiple requests I have made to cancel my contract and send a letter confirming the cancellation , which expired in January 2025, and to stop unauthorized debits from my account.

Despite numerous attempts via telephone and email communication, I have received no confirmation of cancellation, and my account continues to be debited monthly. This ongoing debit is unauthorized and amounts to unjust enrichment, as services linked to the expired contract are no longer being used.

I find this level of service unacceptable and a gross violation of both my consumer rights and Cell C’s contractual obligations. The continued disregard for my requests demonstrates not only poor customer service but also potentially ********* billing practices.
