Cell C lack of proper services as usual.
I called in looking to do a sim swap on a sim card I was using to call that lady was useless if i may say so from the beginning she didn't want to assist me her security questions told me that I won't be assisted she didn't ask me my full name,my ID number or even numbers I last called because cell c has allowed such nonsense I guess she felt that proper security questions are useless since she has already decided that she won't help me.this disrespect of my time and effort to sort out my number needs to be addressed I want to understand how as a client needs to be treated so that I prepare myself for such ******* next time I need services from you.

15 Jan 2022, 17:16I called in twice the second time yes those questions made sense if you went and listened to both calls you wouldn't come back here to atar this response as defense pull both calls for yesterday send them to a store we can both listen to so that you tell me exactly how are the questions part of authentication and how I failed the so called authentication let me not teach you how to do your job MP.
