Cell C - Lack of Contract Evidence
<p>Greetings All. I have been harrassed for 2 years by Cell C for money they say I owe them. However, they have not been able to provide any proof of a contract. Now they are trying to put the blame on my by a telephonic call I had with the... Look at what they keep replying to me with:</p> <p>"As per our records, you actually had a contract with us and you acknowledged having the contract. Cell C | PN"</p> <p>This is an absolute LIE!!! YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY RECORDS OF A CONTRACT!!!</p> <p>Cell C - You are a lying bunch of dogs with no morals. Big corperation picking on the little people with no ethics!!</p> <p>I will continue dragging your name through the mud till the day I die. When we say we have records, we simply mean we have evidence, which could be a call recording as our calls are recorded or it could be the information on our system.

PLEASE PROVIDE ME WITH EVIDENCE OF A CONTRACT. TELL ME WHEN WAS THE CONTRACT TAKEN? WHICH BRANCH WAS IT TAKEN AT? OR PROVIDE ME WITH EVIDENCE OF THE ORIGINAL CALL ON WHICH THE CONTRACT WAS TAKEN..... FAILURE TO DO THIS WILL RESULT IN LEGAL ACTION AGAINST CELL C.....
