Cell C, Lack of communication

Non delivery on promise. Went into the George Mall branch and was made many false promises. I wanted to open a Wi-Fi account with them how ever they informed me that the router is out of stock. I asked them to call me and let me know when the stock would arrive. After a 3 weeks of going in weekly I have still not received any calls letting me know when the stock would arrive and have been informed by store management that no one in C Cell C S.A would be able to tell me when the router would be available yet it is still being advertised in their booklets.
