Cell c lack of communication

I recently decided to get all my financial ducts in a row and I came across an account that was handed over in 2013 from a old cell c account. I have not been contacted once and I had no knowledge of this. I only found out because I requested to be transunioned. I have bought a car and a house after 2013 however this cell c account was not picked up. I have called in 3 times and been placed on hold. I am currently on hold now for an hour. I am so disgusted that cell c could list me and then not inform me. It's been 5 years and the only I now know is because I'm trying to get ahead of my finances. I need a senior manager to get into contact with me and ensure I speak to the relevant department because this service is pathetic. Also, when I went into the store, the gentleman that tried to help me was rude, continued chatting to his friend and rushed when dealing with me. He was not able to give me any information and instead of being as helpful as he could, he brushed me off and took another call. Can someone please contact me urgently.
