Cell C lack Customer service and over promise under deliver

Just want to congradulate Cell C on there excellent service once again. I handed my Cell phone in on Tuesday morning 18th June at Cell C head office, that a week ago.

Its now wednesday 26th June. Im still waiting for my device as Im told only takes 5 days. My information im told is to phone back again on monday 1st July.

Had no Loan phone, no feedback and every day I must phone "MY CUSTOMER" cell c to find out whats going on.

To try speed things up from start I went straight to the Head office and I told them I will collect the device from them to speed things up.

Still no luck and their policy of 5 working days will now result in 10 working days if Im lucky.

Truely I feel Cell c focus is definately not focused on customer service as you would get feedback and service and not the other way round.

Not sure if Cell C are aware of the time frames that their competiotrs offer of 2-4 hours compared to 2 weeks.
