Cell C Kollonade *********** staff and service

We visited Cell C Kollonade branch on 29 November 2023 and were serviced by an arrogant and *********** sales consultant. After a visit of 23 November 2023 to cancel two contracts which they already told has have no contracts anymore suddenly the one line was under contract obligation again from July 2023 .Cell C service is pathetic the call centre is even worse when still talking to a consultant they put the phone down.I will return to this shop to see what their next excuse is going to be as every time it is a new story .We made several payments to get this contract canceled only to hear you are suddenly under a new contract and must continue with them again..poor poor service and staff.
