Cell C kollonade/ Samsung SA incompitent service

Cell C kollonade and Samsung SA have not been any help to me . A few days ago I wrote a review on Samsung's SA service regarding my Galaxy Z flip 3. Samsung SA called me to follow up on the matter but they were still no help to me. They said they will not be able to help me because I bought the phone at a Cell C store and I took it there for assessment as well. To this day Cell C has not followed up on my matter and I still have no response on the way forward
