CELL C KOLANNADE MALL PRETORIA

*** On 4 July 2025 i went to their shop at Kolannade Mall Pretoria to purchase data for my ****le. The money was taken off my bank account but data was not loaded. Around 17h00 on the same day i called their helpline [084135]- operator advised there is a technical error from their side i must go back to the shop.

On 5 July 2025 around 12h30 i went back to the Kolannade Mall. The lady claimed no responsibility and needs training + manager on duty made an empty promise that it would be resolved withing 1-2 hours as he has marked it high priority. CELL C staff are not empowered to load data despite admitting it is a technical error from their side , nor able to refund a client. What is the point of having a shop if they disempowered??

It is now 17h30 on 5 July - no data has been loaded nor have i received a call
