Cell C knows nothing about service delivery.

I am very unhappy with the service of cell c. They have sent me a delivery statement before the phone was delivered, I called them back to inform them that it is not the phone I wanted. However I was told to sign for it when the courier delivers it then I should call in and then request for the couriers to fetch it as it is the procedure. I called back the very same day requesting for the courier to fetch it within 7 days and I was issued with a case ref number. Since then I've never heard anything from them. I keep calling but no response all day. The 7 days have passed and they eventually added that contract on my account and intend to debit me when I did not even open the phone and still waiting for them to fetch the phone or just even respond to my case.

Cell C is just a bunch of ******!
