Cell C knows how to disappoint customers...

I want the Hauwei Mate 8 that Cell C has on offers...So I went into Cell C on 4 April (Mon) to get the phone. The sales rep tells me that they don't have the phone and she will need to order it on Wed. I say sure no problem, when can I expect the phone? She tells me that it will either come on the Fri or following Mon (11 April). I call them on Fri to find out if the phone has come...they say no...but the order has gone through. So on Mon I call them again...yet again they tell me no. So then I ask them when will phone come? The person on the line tells me it should be there on Wed...So hoping Cell C keeps their word I call again on Wed morning...guess what the tell me? Sorry sir it seems that the phone hasn't come through and we are not sure if the order was placed on Mon, please call us later to double check if the phone came through since deliveries come after 1 or 2. I am hoping you can see why I might be a little annoyed by now? So I call again after 2...the person says its not here...but he is certain the order has been placed and will come through on Fri definitely. Guess what? I called now...apparently I can expect it sometime next week.
