Cell c Keywest is nonsense.

Cell C Keywest Mall is unprofessional . I went there on 02 December 2020 and the lady that was helping me was not helpful at all, I ensured my phone, lost it 2 days back and when I went to claim I was told because my sim has not been active for a while I will not be assisted.

I was told I have to wait for 5 months to upgrade. To add to all that I was told Cell C is firing people and I don´t know what that has to do with me needing my phone that I pay for every month including insurance. The lady that was helping me was also talking to other people on the side about how her boyfriends love her no attention given to the matter that I came with as a paying customer.
