Cell C keeps *****ing my airtime!

Hi,<br> <br> Cell C has been *****ing my airtime for a while now. Every time I recharge my airtime disappears and when I enquire, I'm told that I've been on the internet when I have not been. I have no subscriptions and I have turned off my cellular data for all my Apps but this problem still persists. I'm even afraid to recharge now because my airtime will disappear before I even use it. <br> <br> I am so disappointed with Cell C.
