Cell C keeps saying my info is incorrect but they didnt see it when they received my money. My acc is on R0!

I have phoned Cell C legal department for several times in order to get proof from them that I have fully paid my contract phone liability. Every consultant I spoke to keeps telling me that I need to call them with correct information. I provided them with all my personal details but they keep saying I failed the verification test. How do they expect me to change what already is mine to suit their test. If one of them captured my things incorrect whose fault is it? I need to get proof that I dont owe them as this will affect my credit profile. They had my name spelled with "Sylia". The cellphone number my query is about is ***. I cannot get hold of Blake's and Associates as they handed my acc over to them for collection. I went to vaal mall cell c branch and they could not help but give me numbers to call ***.
