Cell C keeps on taking my money for service NOT being provided

I logged a review on Hellopeter on 26 August after struggling for almost three months to get Cell C to get their systems to deduct minutes from my WiFi minutes and not my normal minutes. This was after I logged how many technical calls with them as well. After the review on Hellopeter they contacted me and after a long conversation they eventually added the one thousand minutes to my normal talk time and I could actually use my phone again. These minutes expired at the end of August.

This month I am back to where I started more than three months ago, talk time gets deducted from your normal minutes even if you are connected to a secure WiFi network. The system however managed to deduct only thirty nine minutes from my WiFi limit.

At the moment I cannot make use of my phone for any calls that I need to make and I am loosing income in my business because of that. I added a comment to my previous review that nobody even bothered to respond to.

And by the way Cell C, to keep on activating my WiFi calling from your side DOES NOT SOLVE the problem so stop doing that. If you maybe follow up with your customers you would've known this.

My question is..... how many calls does one have to make to Cell C to get their obviously faulty systems sorted out??? How long will they get away with the fact that they are charging you for services they can NOT provide???? Is it okay for them to keep on taking your money every month but you cannot do anything about it because you have a contract that you need to abide to otherwise they blacklist you, so where can I blacklist the fact that they are taking MY money every month but it is okay for them to NOT provide me with what I pay for??????? In other words, do I need to go and make a theft case against them because that is what they do, taking my money without giving me anything in return.
