Cell C Keeps on *****ing My Money - ********** Debit Orders - Ongoing Problem
On 31 October 2022 I have posted on Hello Peter that Cell C keeps on debiting money from my account. They contacted me, I have received a reference number on 31 October 2022. Another call from Cell C on 02 November with another reference number. The person refused to give me a contact number or email address as he assured that the problem has been resolved. Another debit order just went off from my account, everytime more than the previous month. Cell C, you are ********* and so ***********. It is unbelievable. And to place a cherry on top, Cell Ce sent me a client satisfaction questionnaire asking how they did to resolve this matter......can't help to laugh at your uselessness. Please, I do ask again, STOP *****ING MY MONEY AND RESOLVE THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please read my previous posts on Hello Peter to see how long this has been going on!!!!!!
