Cell C keeps on dissapointing

For a change 2 years backs I decided to join Cell C family. I took about 3 contracts with them. But within a year it was enough. I decided to close all 3 lines. I requested a settlement amount which was sent to me then I went straight to settle the accounts after that I phoned them to confirm so that they can close all accounts. Until now there was one account that was still not closed. It also affected my ITC profile. I have been struggling to get finance from banks due to the fact that my name was affected due to Cell C.<br> Accidentally I transferred R2600 to Cell C account early November 2015. I phoned their call centre trying getting the money sent back to me but failed. I then decided to visit their offices in Midrand from Thabazimbi, Only to find out about the line that was not closed and the ITC story. I met with Keith Neh there and he promised to clear my name from ITC and pay back my R2600. Since the 21st December he keeps on making empty promises and he is a **** also.
