Cell C keeps debiting me
I went to their branch at my local mall and they told me they can't assist I need to call the call center. I called the call center to tell them I'm cancelling my MONTH-TO-MONTH contract with them. The lady I spoke to confirmed that it'll only be cancelled the next month as their notice period is one month. Indeed my allocation was not given to me the next month but to my surprise, they debited my bank account. Now the amount has been increasing from R200 to over R300. You guys are always eager to convince us to take up your products but the minute we chose to cancel you guys will bully like you're bullying me.
