CELL C keeps debiting account AFTER CONTRACT WAS CANCELLED

Cell C still deducts debit orders even after the 24 month contract was cancelled and they just never stop with the debit orders. I have to go through hell every single month to get them to stop their debit orders and I am at wits end and don't know what to do anymore to get them to stop deducting my account. I did a stop order with my bank, but Cell C just changes the debit order amount each month and again takes funds off my account. To try and phone them to speak to someone to assist with this is another story, because they just keep on putting you through to some other department and nothing gets resolved. I need to find out what can be done about this. I have a reference number wherein the contract was cancelled beginning Feb 2025 already, but this does not stop Cell C from still deducting funds from my account!!!!!!!! I need someone at Cell C to phone me on *** to resolve this issue ASAP.

Please note my debit order for my home loan is going off on the 3 April 2025 and I need the amount of R 1 210-02 to be paid back to my account before the 3 April 2025 otherwise my home loan will bounce, so this is extremely urgent.
