Cell C keeps billing for closed account

<p>I had a phone contact with cell c I had to close it as they would bill on the incorrect time even after numerous calls to change this. I asked for a balance that I need to pay and was give it I paid the R1450 and the last debt order had come off that month in june after i called to make sure its done and closed and they said yes , now they want me to pay 375 again and the debited my old account of the R1450 which i paid already lucky there wasn't any funds in that account but it now cost me bank charges .Now I don't understand what is going on there are guys busy with ***** cause this can't keep being an account problem. now considering the amount i paid and there was only 3 installments left </p>

On the 07th of August at 09: 29 AM, an email was sent by Danielle to your Yahoo account, where she advised that she could not get hold of you on your contact number and requested for an alternative contact number where she can get hold of you and assist. She did not receive any response from you.

This is strange that you cant get a hold of me , i keep getting miss calls from cell c customer care but when i answer the line is dropped. I called you call center and was given the run around when i asked for the recording of this call. I was sent from one department to there with no-one able to help . so i will give you all the numbers you can find me on and emailling me is not going to work is it now . ********** 835 , ********** 384, ********** 593 . emails where you can tell me you cant find me ********** , ********** , ********** , now you can get a hold of me and my wife .
