Cell C keeping ********** account even open after confirming closure and it has been month and since the last communication and had not been resolved!!!!!

My last communication with the Cell C representative was on the 10 April and after numerous emails asking for feedback I have still not heard from her as of yet. This is just shocking!!!! I will now be in touch with my lawyer as this is just unacceptable.

Below is the complaint ...

In December I engaged with Cell C due to a ********** account that was opened and monies deducted from my account. Cell C refused to refund the nearly R6000 that was deducted and told me the ********** account was closed. In March another R819 was deducted from my bank account and an arrear amount of R1000. Numerous calls and e-mails have gone unanswered by their legal department. I have sent all the documentation through at the end of last year as requested with police case numbers, affidavits and bank statements.

It seems as if Cell C does what the government does. Deny and obfuscate ********** activities because then they cannot be blamed. Blame the people that keeps their doors open. SHOCKING.
