Cell C keep taking money from my account after is was closed!

On 30 Oktober 2018 I cancelled my contract with Cell C due to the fact that I had no reception at my house. I paid the contract for 2 years without any use of the service. Cell C still debit my account every month. On 11/12 February a lady from cell C contacted me wanting to sell another contract to me. I Explained to her that I do not want to do any business with cell C . To my astonishment this month a second debit order from Cell C went off my account. I will not accept this how Cell C is *****ing my money from my account. The sim card is cut into pieces. I DO NOT USE THE SERVICE OF CELL C ANY MORE!!!! PLEASE CANCEL AND CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AS FROM IMMEDIATE EFFECT!!!!! If Cell C debit money from my account once more, I will open a case of THEFT at the SAPS.
