cell c keep *****ing my airtime

<p>I never thought i would be one of those girls- who report things like this but i am outraged at what has happened and the lack of interest to resolve the matter. It has happened twice now where i go to bed shortly loading airtime on my phone and when i woke up there was 0.00 in my account...both times it was about 100 - 70 rand that just dissappeared... i have work to do and cant ways get out to get airtime so now what do i do? I know for a fact i did not use up my airtime in my sleep so how do i get it back? I feel ****** and like i can't do anything about it. I have reported them both with no word or follow up. The second one was this morning and i cant do my work because i have to data or airtime. I am so angry. And they don't even care. i want my airtime back. This is **************** man.
