Cell C just will not get back to me - 3 months of paying for something without having it!!!
Got fibre through cell C in May and still have not managed to sort out the Black Box which I am paying for. Customer Service keeps making promises but months later...nothing. No word on getting my black box back which has been booked in for repairs...despite NEVER working.
