Cell C: Just plain useless oxygen *******

I have been trying for many months now and with great difficulty to cancel my data contract that finished in February 2018. Its just going from pillar to post with numerous calls and promises of getting back to me. The call centre staff at seriously ***********..that includes your managers and team leaders as well. I took out a data contract at R100/mth for 5gb and today that amount is now R200 for the same amount of data. Firstly, I was never notified prior to the contract anniversary of my options of upgrade or cancellation. After the date, they just decided to continue billing me a new tariff. This is a violation of my consumer rights and these idiots, if they have 2 brain cells to rub together, should be aware of that. It is really sad that Cell C displays such flagrant violation of customers and this economy.

Cell C is a mediocre company, bottom of the barrel ,pond **** so the service I am getting is very consistent with what they have a reputation for and what they provide. I do hope you guys clean up your act.
