Cell C Just give my nr away

Gooday hope someone can help..... My fiance had a contact with cell c...... Never missed a payment till lock down..... After lock down we started to pay again but wile she is paying she got handed over to there legal department or lawyer Black and Associates...... After speaking to a lady at Black and Associates we knew what to do so we paid it in full in 2 months after almost 20days of no word of getting her nr activated again she got told sorry you still ow us 11c....... After all that she lost her cellphone number what belongs to her for 20 years or more....... She took her prepaid nr and **** it her Contact nr......... The whol time we will told if she paid in full her account will be oppend and she can take her number back........ Today got told that sorry there is nothing they can do for her........ Also she paid contract in full but got none of her free minutes of data that she did not get for the time her contact were blocked for........so pls help us.
