Cell C just don't care - Sim Swop caused both sim cards to stop working

<p>I just called the Repair center in Tygervalley. Lady told me I must bring in my phone and sim to test it. The sim does not work. I come from an IT background and I have tried everything to test if the sim works and it does not work. So what will they do differently to let it magically work?? They must sim swop it correctly or the sim card is faulty. Now i must go to the store at my inconvenience and hope that my sim will work in the end. </p> <p> </p> <p>Why must I go into the store at my inconvenience if it is Cell C fault. It is clear that Cell C don't care Terri told me that they deliver. So why don't they come deliver a new sim card and i will do the sim swop at your call center. ANYTHING!! give me a solution.. don't just pull up your shoulders. I have no hope that it will be sorted out today or next week or ever. Get this sorted out</p>
