Cell c just doesnt give a ****

The lack of care that cell c has shown me is appalling, i have been a faithful customer for other 2years with two contracts running concurrently with no missed payments what so ever and now i have my upgrade due on the 7th of feb but i wont be upgrading instead ill be settling the contracts and moving on to greener pastures only because they no longer have what i want even though they are still advertising it and gave me a “you’re **** out of luck” attitude just because the device i wanted was “limited” and these are the words coming from their upgrade department team leader a Mr Knowledge Mota

I wanted to upgrade to an iPhone 7 which has been discontinued but all of the other networks due to undisclosed reasons, what aggrevates me more is that they refused source this device for me to keep my business to show that they just dont give a **** so i will be taking my business to MTN who by the way sourced the device for me and im uploading this complaint from it

How can a competitor service your clients better than you, this is something cell c needs to think about seriously cos this year is where i was planing on adding more to my portfolio with cell c but now they have lost my business for good
