Cell C just do not care

Got fibre through cell C in May and still have not managed to sort out the Black Box which I am paying for. Customer Service keeps making promises but months later...nothing. No word on getting my black box back which has been booked in for repairs...despite NEVER working. Last person to handle this complaint in a long line of people is Maropeng who promised to revert but still waiting.
