2. Attach a photo of the RICA Serial number of the old sim card
3. Include an affidavit confirming your ownership of the Cell C number.
4. Include the old Cell C number of ***) on the subject line along with a contact number where our Team can reach you on to assist.
Email to *** with subject line HP | Aletta | *** | Reactivation Request| ***
You will be required to purchase a new Cell C sim card that has been rica registered with your ID information so that we can assist with a number change.
