Cell C - just as useless as ever...

Went to Cell C in Clearwater Mall, Roodepoort to take up a new contract and was served by a tall, black consultant who looked more interested in chatting up the ladies than he was in providing a professional service. After letting him know that I thought his attitude stank, he proceeded to shake his head in front of me. He then had to call another manager or consultant over the phone to find out if one payslip was sufficient, as I had recently moved to Johannesburg and started a new job in December 2015, but had the three months bank statements and other documents in line with the requirements as posted on the Cell C website. Apparently it is company policy to assume that anyone who has a job has a three month probation, regardless of any knowledge of an individuals employment agreement. He said that I needed to have three payslips before any application could be made, which basically means that assisting now is out of the question. Cell C needs to get their act together, or better yet, stop trying to compete with the likes of Vodacom who gladly provided me with a new contract during December 2015 without any of this nonsense. Totally useless and keep your stupid network.
