Cell C its a ******* company

Hi my name is Noni I have a complain regarding the debit order from cell c which I never agreed on, my debit should be R400 for a contract cell phone(Sumsang J7pro) I took with cell c, Its been 4 months cell c debiting R680 from my account without my concern. Firstly I was phoned for an upgrade then was brought a new phone ,I was told that I cant send it back because there is an amount that I need to pay first before sending the phone back and now this....your service is bull s... I regret the day I took a contract with you.
