Cell C Itemised billing not received again

I need my ITEMISED billing statements in PDF FORMAT to be EMAILED to me. I keep asking for my ITEMISED billing statement to be sent and all you do is resend the statement which does not have the ITEMISED billing items on.

Please urgently EMAIL me my ITEMISED billing statements in PDF FPRMAT for the last 3 months.
