CELL C Itc update

I have requested an ITC update from Cell C since 22/06/2021 via their Cell C support Twitter page. To this day I have not received a call nor a paid up letter. Everytime I request feedback I get a template we'll call you...this is frustrating as I settled both my accounts in January 2021 and to date you have not updated the credit bureau, now this hampering with my plans. I really cannot deal with this incompetence. I want this fixed as I've stated on my Twitter conversation. It really can't take this long to get a call at least to advice onvthe status of my query. Your service is appalling to say the least!!!!
