Cell C - ITC Blacklist NIGHTMARE

<p>For the last 3 weeks I have been trying to blacklist my cell phone for insurance to pay out. The cell phone has a dual sim and as I only used one SIM in the phone only that IMEI slot could be blacklisted. It has taken me 3 weeks and many calls to Cell C as well as visits to Cell C Lakeside Mall in Benoni without receiving ANY KIND OF ADVICE / HELP / RESOLUTION / SOLUTION. </p> <p>Today I called and I WAS CUT OFF 5 TIMES. </p> <p> </p> <p>Still no help.</p> <p> </p> <p>I cannot claim from my insurance and I cannot get another phone. </p> <p> </p> <p>I cannot explain how angry and frustrated I am</p>
