Cell c itc

Cell c handed my account to over to mbd. When mbd contacted me,i paid all the money they asked for. When i asked mbd to remove my name on the itc record they kept on saying that they have asked cellc to clear my name. I called mbd again and they still say they are waiting on cellc and they cant do anything. Cellc please remove me on your itc records cause your account is showing that I'm 6 months in arrears when i paid a long time ago.
