Cell C issues me a 3G device and not LTE

Good Day<br> <br> Cell C recently advertised a deal to get a LTE Mifi Router 20GB for R99pm. However when I went to collect the device i was given a 3G router and not an LTE router as they were out of stock on the LTE Router.<br> Firstly you advertised an LTE router, why was I given an 3G Router. I was attracted to the deal for what you were offering. LTE device with 20GB data for R99pm. If the original LTE router was out of stock, could CellC not source another LTE device instead of giving me a 3G device?<br> How can we go about swopping the 3G router for an LTE router.
