Cell C is working with **********

Cell C claims I owe them a phone, they have even gone to the extent off adversely affecting my Credit standing at the credit bureau, plus now I am even receiving Harassing calls from their debt collectors. The funny thing is, I do not have a contract with Cell C.

Dear Cell C, for the past 2 - 3 years to build a very good credit profile. I make sure ALL my debts are paid on time without any issues. Up until a 2 to 3 months ago I was being offered credit from almost anywhere and took none. Now, I am put in s VERY negative standing because of you. Now my credit profile reflects as "Poor account conduct". Now you even go to the extent of sending your harassing debt collectors constantly harassing me at work for something I know nothing about.

When I check on Hello Peter it reflects similar complaints from other people. STOP your reckless lending as you are contravening the NCA. I will not stop with these communications until I get the answers I deserve. You are ruining my life. Because now if I genuinely needed to get a loan I would not be able to do so because of you and a so called phone I have never even laid eyes on.
