Cell C is whole *****! A ****!

A ********** contract was opened on my behalf in July 2022 I went opened a case with SAPS then went to the Cell C store with all the required information/docs to close the contract I was told they would so till January 2023 when I was flagged by the ITC that I've got a contract that's in arrears I've been going from pillar to post ,been calling n sending emails to the contract department almost everyday since January and went to the store a couple of times you'd swear the consultants are working for different companies just by the different stories they be telling each day, they don't even give out references to avoid follow up I'm so fed up that I'm escalating the issue!
