CELL C IS UTTERLY USELESS AND PATHETIC

Ok here goes. My monthly fee for my CellC contract (which i regret signing up) is R239. This morning my debits go off and i notice that they pulled R258. Its basically 20 bux which is nothing, but my main point is that i tried calling customer care, couldn't get through. Then i went on twitter and tweeted @cellc_support because I noticed they actually helping other people. I tweeted them asking why they took more than what they were supposed to take, just so i could know why. few hours later and still no response but they helping other people still! THIS IS THE FIRST AND LAST TIME IM WITH THIS PATHETIC SERVICE PROVIDER. IM NEVER GOING TO USE CELLC EVER AGAIN. NETWORK IS POOR, SERVICE IS POOR. CELLC IS **** NO LIE. got nothing good to say about cellc. When im on the highway travelling, i got no signal at all! If im in an emergency then what? What would even be the point of having a phone? This is *******. Since i signed up this contract i dont even get my statememnts at all! I opted in for it to get emailed to me every month but until today no statement at all! How pathetic? Im absolutely disgusted with this service provider
