Cell C is useless with *********** staff
Cell c are useless. I app**** for a contract on Saturday the 31st of August. It was approved. And requested a number port. Got confirmation on Monday the 2nd September. That it was done. The phone was only delivered on Wednesday the 4. We are now on Friday the 6th. And the sim card is still not activated. I have made numerous phone calls and get the same promises. But nothing happens. Now I have to wait until Monday. The worst service I have ever received in my life!!!!

09 Sept 2019, 12:27Your reply is not good enough, No one has phoned me back, I have again phoned twice and again empty Promises that it will be on by 12 pm but still not working, now cell c are making excuses that the Sim is faulty but refuse to send me a new one, I want a phone call with in the next hour with a resolution, Does Cell C not care about their clients??!!
