CELL C IS USELESS
i am disgusted by cell c , i wrote a a review on their poor service on the 27th of July for bill dispute and they answered privately and said i should wait for turn around period , which i did and no one called with regards to the matter and i call again today only to find that they have closed my case , because they could reach me , and that is nonsense because they never tried , i have spoken to Katlego and Fikile they both confirmed that my case was closed. how do you close a case without giving me feed back ? YOU NEVER CALLED ME AND I DEMAND REFUND CELL C IS A ****
