Cell C is useless. Did not change my banking details
I phoned cell c to change banking details for my debit. They Confirmed that it was done. The idiots then debited my old account with no funds in it. I will not be held liable for any charges. Cell c will pay the unpaid debit order

28 Oct 2019, 08:08Only the Debit order for tghe cellphone contract went off, not for the LTE contract, I requested that the bank account details be changed for both contacts, and the agent confirmed it was been done as she changed the details on my profile, The LTE went off my old account and it bounced as that account is in the process of being closed.

Only the Debit order for tghe cellphone contract went off, not for the LTE contract, I requested that the bank account details be changed for both contacts, and the agent confirmed it was been done as she changed the details on my profile, The LTE went off my old account and it bounced as that account is in the process of being closed.

28 Oct 2019, 14:09No they did not, the LTE contact went off the wrong account, check the debit order details, they are for 2 different bank accounts, the R869.00 went off the wrong account and the payment bounced, but seeing that you have confirmed payment then I will not be liable for the unpaid amount, as the errors are all on cell c's side.
