Cell C is useless

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received from Cell C inthe past 7 weeks. My Samsung A30s just stopped working one morning about 7 weeks ago. The touch screen stopped working and the phone could not even be unlocked. I took the phone in to the Cell C store at Langeberg Mall in Mossel Bay to get it repaired - the phone was only 2-3 months old, and still under warranty. The report that came back from the repairs centre, was that the phone had corrosion signs. I absolutely do not agree with this as the phone never got wet once, and was basically brand new. I arranged with the guy at Cell C in Langeberg mall to send the phone back to Cradlestone Mall in Krugersdorp as I left Mossel bay shortly after booking the phone in. After receiving a sms from Cell C to collect my phone, it was not available at the Cradlestone store, as it went back to Langeberg Mall.

I contacted the Cell C store at Langeberg mall, and apparently all their staff has left, and the new people does not know where my phone is or what is going on.

Again, I went to the Cell C store in Cradlestone mall to sort out the matter. I was attended to by a very rude lady called 'Lizzy' who basically told me it is not her problem to help me.

I have been struggling without a phone now for over 7 weeks.
