CELL C IS USELESS AND THEY ***** MONEY

Moving to Cell C might just be the biggest mistake I have made in my life. and now I am stuck in my stupid contract. 1stly I almost NEVER have signal. and their very fancy answer is use the Vodacom network on your phone, NO effort is made to repair this. I wanted to activate my international roaming. NOOOOO I have to pay cell c R5000 deposit to be able to do so. And then as a added bonus. I upgrade and ask when should I do this so that I don't pay twice. they Tell ME to come on the 1st. I do this. every month Cell c deducts the money as per my debit order. THIS month they deduct for two months. I must apparently pay for a month I missed. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE. Money has gone off every month. I upgraded on the 1st and they want me to pay the old phone contract as well as the new phone contract. how is it possible that one phone and one sim can have two contracts. I even went to the Brooklyn store. got called a **** and had to leave without and answer and the promise that someone would let me know. Week later and still I have not clue why I had to repay for a month that I already paid for. CELL C IS A BUNCH OF *********. I will tell every person I know how Cell C SUCKS . . .
