Cell c is useless and ***********

On the 03Nov2017, I asked cell c to tell me how much must I pay to sattle my acc . The consultant send me the bank details and the amount I must pay to sattle my acc and he promised to send me a fully payed letter. I deposited the amount at nedbank like he said and I never got the letter. Since nothing happened I call customer care line on 28 Nov, and asked that consultant for the letter. They put me through departments and eventually to the dedepartment where they said to me an sms of a fully paid letter will be send to me but it never happened. Now today got an sms saying I owe cell c. Is this somekind of a joke? I would like for cell to send me the fully paid letter and then to get out of my life
